Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Digital products (PDFs/eBooks) must not be accessed.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
To complete a return, please provide proof of purchase and contact orders@curriculumlinked.com before sending your item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee and any return shipping fees, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable timeframe:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email admin@curriculumlinked.com with your order details.
Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once we receive your return, a gift certificate will be sent. If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, the refund will go back to them.

Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the 10% restocking fee.
