2. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are available immediately after payment and are considered final sale. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please ensure your device is compatible with PDF files before purchase.

3. Physical Products

We aim to ship all physical products promptly. Delivery times vary depending on location. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Licensing and Use

Purchasing a Curriculum Linked resource grants you a single-user license for personal, educational, or classroom use. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute files in any form

  • Upload content to public websites or social media (unless displaying student work outcomes in context)

If you need a school-wide or multi-user license, please contact us directly.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds for digital products are only provided where required by law (e.g. if a product is faulty or not as described). For physical products, please notify us within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem, and we’ll resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Curriculum Linked. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
