Description

Feel it, name it, say it!

Children who can name their feelings handle big emotions better, and Emotional Build Up makes learning those words a game.

The 80 colourful feeling-word cards cover 8 core emotions: happy, sad, angry, scared, calm, surprised, excited and disgusted. Kids go beyond "good" and "bad" to words like cheerful, frustrated, nervous, peaceful, astonished and thrilled. As they play, they're learning to tell "mad" apart from "grumpy" and "worried" apart from "spooked".

Wild cards add drama. Great Day! makes every other player pick up a card, Fiasco makes you pick up 2, and Meh… and the Grand Poobah shake things up. It also opens easy conversations about how everyone is feeling today.
